Decypher has been providing high quality and reliable interpreting and translation services to its diverse clients for more than twenty-three years. Over the past two decades, we have grown from a small team to a team of over 200 highly experienced, well-trained, and professional interpreters and translators, and continue to grow to meet the increasing needs of our clients.

Decypher is the only professional interpreting / translating organisation in the Waikato and is the main source of language support for the Waikato Hospital, Waikato and Bay of Plenty Courts, NZ Police, various prisons, the Immigration Department, not-for-profit organisations, and other key business clients. As part of our commitment to our customers, Decypher provides training and mentoring for anyone that is new to working with interpreters.

 All our interpreters and translators are fully trained – having completed 12 weeks classroom training and a final practical exam.

Currently, our interpreters are studying towards the National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters, (NAATI) certified qualification. All interpreters and translators in New Zealand are required to be (NAATI) certified by July 2024.
